How do I qualify for each membership tier?

There are three available membership tiers: Free, VIP, and Elite. You can see how to qualify for each tier below:

Free: Sign up for our email list on our site (use our popup or the footer on site)

VIP: Have an active autoship or spend >$250/yr - you will be moved to this tier automatically if you qualify.

Elite: 

Spend >$750 per year to receive this tier for free - you will be moved to this tier automatically if you qualify

Or, Pay $25/yr: If you want to qualify before spending >$750, you can add the membership to your cart and pay $25 to upgrade. This membership will be charged annually. Cancel anytime. If you are in the paid tier and no longer want to pay for this membership, downgrade to the Free Tier.

How do I get the $5 off my first order?

Sign up for our free membership — you can do this through the popup when you land on our site, the signup form in our footer, or directly on our membership page. Either way, you'll get an email shortly after with your $5 off code.

How do I earn credits?

You will earn $5 in credit for every $50 you spend per order.

How do I see how many credits I have?

To see how many credits you have available, login to your account portal and check the available credits section. You can also see your available credits in the header on our site when logged in, or at checkout (just make sure you are using the email you created the membership under).

Do credits expire?

Yes, credits expire 60 days after being issued. You will receive an email reminder 14 days prior to the credits expiring as a reminder to use them.

How do I use my membership credits?

I’ve ordered in the past but don’t know if I’m a member. How do I check this?

Login to your account and look at your account homepage. If you are a member, your member status will be visible. If you need to join, click here.

Does my spend count towards the member tiers before joining the free membership?

Due to system limitations, your historical spend won’t count towards your total spend. However, you can reach out to us at support@wanderingbearcoffee.com if your historical spend qualifies you for a higher tier, and our support team can assist.
